COVID-19 Update:
In this time of Corona we want to make sure
that your stay with us is a safe and healthy one. As much as we want
relaxed contact with our guests, we have to follow the instructions of
the Austrian government.
Please
note! From 19th February 2022 the following 3G documents
will be required to check-in to Landhaus Osborne.
Vaccinated
Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 with a centrally licensed vaccine.
a)
Second
vaccination - not older than 180 days (at least 14 days must have
elapsed between both vaccinations).
b)
Since 3
January 2022, persons who have been vaccinated with Janssen need a
second vaccination in order to have a valid vaccination certificate.
c)
First
vaccination (not older than 180 days) - valid immediately if
there was a positive PCR test at least 21 days before the vaccination or
proof of neutralising antibodies (=genes) immediately before.
d)
Further
vaccination (booster vaccination) - not older than 270 days (at
least 90 days must have elapsed after the last vaccination).
Recovered
a) A convalescence certificate or a medical
confirmation of an infection survived in the last 180 days, which
has been confirmed by molecular biology.
b) A certificate of segregation - not older than
180 days
Tested
a) Evidence from an authorised body of a negative
result of a molecular biology test for SARS-CoV-2 (PCR test) -
acceptance shall not be more than 72 hours old.
b) Evidence from an authorised body of a negative
result of a SARS-CoV-2 antigen test - acceptance shall not be more
than 24 hours old.
c) A negative result of a SARS-CoV-2 antigen test for
self-testing recorded in a regulatory data processing system -
acceptance shall not be more than 24 hours ago.

Keep at least 2 metres away from
other people, except people from the same household or fellow travellers
in the same apartment.

FFP2
Face masks must be worn in the
entrance area and when out of your apartment. This does not apply to
children up to the age of 6 or to people who are not able to wear a mask
due to health reasons.

Avoid shaking hands and hugs.

Wash hands several times a day
with water and soap for at least 30 seconds.

Avoid touching the face with
uncleaned hands.

Sneeze or cough in the crook of
the arm or in a handkerchief.

Do not travel if there are signs
of illness. If there are signs during the stay, contact the host.

All apartments are thoroughly
cleaned and aired between guests (as always)

Items in common areas regularly
disinfected

On the first floor, by the
snack/drinks bar, you will find a hand disinfection dispenser. We kindly
ask you to use this before entering your apartment and before taking any
item from the snack/drinks bar
Face to Face Check-In:
We are more than happy to welcome guests
‘face-to-face‘ and provide any information you may require for your
stay. We will of course welcome you whilst wearing an FFP2 face mask and
kindly request that you too wear an FFP2 mask when checking in. Please just
ring our house doorbell and step away from the door to ensure
distancing. We will then welcome you at distance and lead you to your
apartment. Your apartment key can be found on your apartment table and
will of course have been disinfected.
Self-Check-In:
Upon request, we can even offer a
contactless check-in whereby you will be given a code to obtain your
apartment key for self-check-in. If you would like to use this option,
please request it before your arrival date so we can send you
self-check-in instructions.
Check-Out:
When you are ready to check out, just leave
your apartment key on your apartment table and close the door. If you
would also like to personally say goodbye ‚face to face‘ then as with
check-in, please just ring our house doorbell and step away from the
door to ensure distancing.

entrance to our private apartment. Please just ring this and we will be
able to speak to you remotely – even if we are not at home.
